"Seconds" is a catch-all title for any pad that:

• fell 1/4" short of its approximate length..
• had a backing fabric crimp under the foot of the machine.
• had a slightly uneven shape.
• had a minor imperfection in any fabric that wasn't noticed until final inspection.

Most people tell us that they cannot determine why the product was a second.  Purchasing seconds is a great way to try our pads at a discounted price.
