    Awesome service and wonderful products

This is my second order from Mom and me creations. I figured I'd try the incontinence pads because any kind of disposable causes me issues. Well I love them! I was finally able to order more. I wasn't disappointed! Quick delivery, awesome service and wonderful products! The second order seems even softer than the first! Try them and see for yourself! I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!

    After many tries . . .

Finally found a fabric incontinence pad that works around the house. 2/3 of my weekly trash was incontinence pads, but now I wear commercial ones only when I go out in public (which is seldom). I've tried other fabric pads before, which had no absorbency in spite of their thickness, and thank you to Mom and Me for their wonderful reusable product!

Seem to absorb well and easy to use and launder. Somewhat bulky but to be expected. I love that they do not add to the landfill, sustainable.

    Hi Jean,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with our pads. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing leaks. While many customers have great success using our pads for incontinence, there are times when loss is too much too fast and our pads will not be able to keep up. However, sometimes there may be other reasons cloth pads leak and we wanted to share them with you and anyone else who may be experiencing similar issues in the hopes that one of these may solve your leaking problems.

Thoroughly condition your pads. Hemp needs to be washed and dried on hot settings about 10-12x to reach peak absorbency. If you find your pads leaking out the sides and down the wings, this is the first thing to check. Hand washing and line drying will not thoroughly condition your pads. They need agitation and hot settings. Laundering with a white load is ideal for agitation.

Detergent build up, fabric softeners and dryer sheets can leave a build up behind and as a result, your pads will lose absorbency. If this is a cause, use a product that will strip residue. Sport Wash laundry detergent is a great choice. Also, GroVia Mighty Bubbles Laundry Treatment for Baby Cloth Diapers is another option if buildup is severe. Both can be found on Amazon. Make sure whatever stripping method you choose is safe for the PUL backing.

Change when soiled. A pod worn for too long will eventually leak out the sides.
Make sure the pad provides enough absorbency for your needs. Add additional inserts if possible.

Check the position of your pad. A pad that has shifted too far forward or back may not provide adequate coverage and could leak.

Wear form-fitted or 'control' underwear with good elastic. This is the #1 culprit for leaks after a pad has been thoroughly conditioned.

Please feel free to contact us if we can help you further. Thank you so much for your valued feedback and time.

    Terrific product!

I feel so secure wearing this pad. It is comfortable and fits well, and I love that it is made of natural materials, and that I am not contributing toxic materials to the planet. It is also extremely absorbent, so I'm not worried about liquid dripping out. I am going to order several more.
